Individual Counselling - in person and online sessions:

As a counsellor, my passion for helping people find their inner strength and resources is at the heart of everything I do. I don't have specific instructions or advice as only you are the expert on your life. I offer you the opportunity to reflect your reality into a clear "mirror", capable and professional where you can tune into your thoughts and emotions, understand them and evolve. You don't have to be on your own. With my support, you'll find your truth and your direction.

Sessions are 50 minutes long

Online: £45.00

In Person: £60.00

*Concession available for students and low income

Walk and Talk (Eco-Therapy) - outdoors sessions:

I offer ‘Walk and Talk’ sessions, in all weather, taking therapy outdoors while walking. While we can nourish ourselves through a simple walk, if we can use nature to heal us there is the opportunity for so much more. I like to use natural elements as part of our sessions to help you to make sense of yourself as an individual and as a part of an extended web of life. We can experience a profound relief from our problems when we let go of our individualistic view and open to all sorts of wider connections, gaining different insights and perspectives.

Sessions are 60 minutes long

Price: £50.00

*Concession available for students and low income

Montessori Parenting Coach:

Montessori Parenting is a philosophy based on the principles of renowned educator Maria Montessori and it emphasizes respect for the child, independence, and nurturing a child's natural desire to learn and explore. "Follow the child" is at the core of this philosophy meaning that each child has unique gifts and interests that we can stimulate and develop through a prepared environment that promotes exploration and self-discovery. A child that becomes a self-directed learner also builds confidence, resilience and a sense of responsibility for themselves and others.

As an experienced Montessori Early Years Teacher, I offer you guidance, personalized advice and practical strategies in implementing Montessori principles at home. One-on-one consultations are tailored to your family's needs and goals. These sessions can cover various aspects of Montessori parenting, from creating a prepared environment to fostering independence while also strengthening the parent-child bond.

Sessions are 60 minutes long.

Price: £80.00

*Concession available for students and low income

My Approach

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in Education. My extensive studies in Child Development, Montessori pedagogy and my teaching experience allowed me to have a deeper understanding of how our personality grows. I learned to observe and support each child following their strenght and individual rhythm as much as possible. I believe that bringing these aspects into counselling - valuing your individual rhythm and innate tendency, listening attentivley to your inner child needs - will have a positive effect in raising awareness and create long-lasting change for you.

I lived in different countries - Italy, Spain, Germany and UK - and I have cultivated a deep appreciation for the richness in human diversity. I also got to experience the challenges of integrating different perspectives where there's no wrong or right. I approach each individual with an open mind and heart, seeking to understand your unique perspectives, filtering through the layers of social & cultural conditioning without judgment.

I am also passionate about parenting and family relationships. It started from personal experiences - I am a mother, stepmother, daughter, stepdaughter and step grandaughter. Reflections on love & adult relationships have always being a priority to me. I have learned the importance of a secure attachment and I want to offer a secure shelter to you.

Whether you are struggling with a specific issue or simply looking for support and guidance, I am here to help.
